KFAI Roots Saturday is an acclaimed live music series hosted by KFAI's Jackson Buck and Sarah Lageson. Shows happen at 9:00 PM the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month at the Acadia Cafe and feature the best of local roots, acoustic, blues, folk, and bluegrass artists

KFAI is a non-commercial FM radio station operating on 90.3 FM in Minneapolis and 106.7 FM in St Paul. KFAI is a volunteer-based community radio station that exists to broadcast information, arts and entertainment programming for an audience of diverse racial, social and economic backgrounds. By providing a voice for people ignored or misrepresented by mainstream media, KFAI increases understanding between peoples and communities, while fostering the values of democracy and social justice.
