Another successful, wintery night at the acadia cafe! the night opened with the mesmerizing sounds of Eddy Burke, "a folk musician with a wit that could cut precious stones and fingers that could lacerate his own strings. " Eddy warmed us up with some intimate quiet songs, then got hollerin at the end, right in time for the second set of the sans souci quartet, where tables got pushed to the side to make room for some riverside ave passer-bys who came into stomp and dance. the night was closed by an impressive, rich vocal solo set by multi-talented local man javier trejo.
